Love the body God has given you
Have you ever been at a place where you think you look a little to "fluffy" or you're not strong enough? I have and it's not a good place to be. Nothing "looked" good on me and going for a walk was a chore. I never saw myself as a fit or pretty girl. My self confidence was non-existent. I had a hard time learning to love the body God gave me. There was nothing wrong with my body, it was all in my own head. What I really needed was someone to cheer me on to hit the goals I longed to hit.
I knew I was pretty but I didn't believe it.
I hit rock bottom and knew that if things were going to change, I had to change them. I started out with running around my house. I began to notice my self confidence was raising. I knew I wasn't at my end goal but I was working on it and that was enough.
I know I'm not the only one that's been there. I was clueless of how or where to start. I had a sweet friend that encouraged me to keep going even when I wanted to quit. I am so thankful for her to this day. I want to be that for you and with the knowledge I know now I can help you hit your goals faster and easier.

Now you know my story of how it all began. Now let me tell you how it's going. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Fitness Specialist. I have a passion to help women learn to love the body God gave them and start the journey to the healthiest, strongest woman they can be. I also work with kids to help them have an easier time as a teen than I did. If I can help one child learn early on to fall in love with exercising and love their bodies my heart will be full.

New Exercise Program
6 week beginner-friendly full-body workout plan. At the beginning of each week you will receive that weeks workout plan. Your plan includes videos of each exercise, so you won't have to guess what to do. It's a 30 minute a day workout full of fun beginner friendly exercises.
